The purchased goods can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date;

Returns made after the specified deadline will be accepted solely at the discretion of Mediterranee Passioni, which will refund the full cost of the products returned by the customer, provided they are accompanied by a return authorization issued by mpcapri.com. The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase or to the bank account used for the bank transfer. To complete the return process, you must send an email to info@mediterraneepassioni.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for orders that include engravings or any type of customization.

To return an item, please wait for the return authorization issued by mpcapri.com. The email with the return authorization must be included inside the package.

Mediterranee Passioni will send you a pre-filled return authorization form with the destination address to be affixed to the package.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the procedure outlined in this section is followed.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.

Returning the product does not involve paying shipping costs.

To return an item, please use the pre-filled TNT return form included in the package. Print the return authorization and the return proforma invoice sent via email. Arrange a pickup by contacting TNT. Mediterranee Passioni will send an email confirming receipt of the return and initiating the refund process. The refund for the returned item will be made within 15 days of Mediterranee Passioni receiving the returned item in the specified condition.

Products to be returned must not have been used or damaged.

Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

The return must be addressed to: Mediterranee Passioni, Via Roma, 13 Capri (NA), 80073.

Changes

It is possible to exchange the purchased product only with another similar size within 15 days from the delivery date and provided that it is available.

Exchanges requested after the deadline will be accepted at Mediterranee Passioni's sole discretion. To make an exchange, please send an email with your exchange request to info@mediterraneepassioni.com . Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted. Please refer to the "Return Procedures" section.

Returning the product does not involve shipping costs. Please specify the new size, respecting the conditions set out in the return procedure. If you wish to exchange for another item, we recommend requesting a refund and making a new purchase separately.

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.

Our jewelry is crafted from natural materials by the expert craftsmanship of our master goldsmiths. Every imperfection is considered part of the uniqueness of the piece.

Products received already damaged or showing defects of conformity are considered defective.

You can request an exchange for a defective product within 15 days of delivery, following the same steps as Returns/Exchanges. In such cases, mpcapri.com will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.

If replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Mediterranee Passioni will issue a refund. The refund, including shipping costs for products originally defective, will be made to the same credit or debit card used by the customer for payment. Refunds

Customers who are not satisfied with the product received may return it within 15 days of delivery. Please refer to the same product return procedures outlined in the Returns/Exchanges section.

The refund of the price of the returned products will take place within 15 working days from the date on which Mediterranee Passioni received the returned product in the indicated conditions.

The refund will be made to the same credit or debit card used by the Customer for payment, excluding shipping costs (unless the products are originally defective).
