Each jewel in Graffi Capresi collection is dedicated to a cat that, in some way, marked the life of Maria Alberino, designer of Mediterranee Passioni brand. And this jasper and gold plated silver pendant was created to summarize the character of Milly, a cat with large orange and black spots.

This friendly, playful feline is particularly reckless, lively and a bit of a pimp: she knows how to make herself loved and she conquers everyone with her charm. This is how we thought of this jewel: gold-plated silver, enriched with a variety of jasper stone shades, a mix of bright colors recalling the coat of our absolute protagonist: Milly.

The collection Graffi Capresi – Free as a Cat, is a tribute to both cat-lovers and freedom through a refined combination of the female figure and the sinuosity of a feline. We like to figure out a unique bond between the sensuality and freedom of the cat and the world of a woman.

Every single jewel is inspired by a cat whose personality and compelling story has left a sign on the life of Maria Alberino, the designer who passionately guides her goldsmiths to the creation of these works of art.

For instance, Martin, her first cat, has a shy and possessive personality; but we can also mention the free spirited Wendy and the reckless Milly, named after Albert Einstein’s wife. In our jewels there is always a story to tell.
